Well hello there – my name is Bill Peeler and I’m a Southerner living in Chicago.
I grew up in North Carolina, lived in Texas for many years and now I’m here in the Windy City.

I love all things cooking and eating. I wish I was as good at cooking as I am eating. Chicago is known for it’s food – and I want to eat at every restaurant and I want to eat there right now.
Bear with me as I chronicle my attempts at cooking various and sundry dishes, as well as giving poorly-written-yet-accurately-detailed reviews of all the restaurants I hit here in the city.

What’s your favorite restaurant in Chicago so far?
Hey there – I have several favorite restaurants here. I love Indie Cafe for their sushi and Thai and I’m also a big fan of Spacca Napoli – a smaller pizza place with real authentic napolean pizza. I love Chicago-style pizza, but this place is A-Ma-Zing. I will look your blog up now!
